Purpose and Scope
The purpose of establishing Elin Inc.’s Responsible Purchase Policy is to define the expectations for all stakeholders within our supply chain with whom we cooperate, based on strong, sustainability-focused principles and trust-based long-term relationships.
Compliance with our policies, ethical principles, and the requirements outlined in our Supplier Selection and Evaluation Procedure is expected from all our suppliers.
Supplier Responsibilities
Legal Compliance
Elin Inc. expects its suppliers to be knowledgeable about the Management Systems applied within Elin Inc. and to conduct their operations in alignment with these systems. Suppliers must comply with applicable legal regulations, including but not limited to the Labor Law, Environmental Law, Occupational Health and Safety Law, Energy Efficiency Law, and the Personal Data Protection Law. Additionally, suppliers are expected to implement contractual requirements under sustainability principles.

Our fundamental principles of social responsibility include transparency, fairness, safeguarding intellectual property and confidential information, respect for laws, human rights, and international behavioral norms.
- Code of Ethical Conduct and Principles of Application
Elin Inc. expects all suppliers to adopt and implement the Code of Ethical Conduct and Principles of Application available on our website.
- Environment, Health, Safety, and Energy
Suppliers should be familiar with all management systems and the principles of Environmental, Health, Safety, and Energy policies implemented at Elin Inc. Suppliers must ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations regarding prohibited, restricted, and hazardous substances and provide documented evidence when requested. Elin Inc. also considers energy efficiency for all products and services supplied. Suppliers must meet the energy efficiency conditions for products throughout their lifecycle.
- Conflict of Interest
Suppliers must not use any information obtained in their dealings with Elin Inc. for personal gain and should avoid conflicts of interest or unfair competition.
Review and Improvement of Measures and Practices Related to the Responsible Purchase Policy
- Elin Inc. is responsible for taking and maintaining measures to ensure the quality and continuity of supplier products or services.
- Suppliers are responsible for keeping data, records, and practice results as requested by Elin Inc. and providing them upon request.
- Suppliers must ensure that all personnel are aware of quality, environmental, occupational health and safety, energy, information security, and ethical conduct standards.
- Elin Inc. may audit suppliers’ compliance with the aforementioned standards or engage third-party auditing organizations for inspections. Suppliers are expected to implement corrective and improvement measures within a specified timeframe in cases of non-compliance and share these efforts with relevant departments.
