ELIN will champion unwavering adherence to extant national legal frameworks and international commitments as the cornerstone of its human resources process execution.

National Legislation Strict conformity will be maintained with the Labor Code, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and all pertinent employment statutes and regulatory mandates.

International Commitments ELIN will demonstrate resolute reverence for core human rights as enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the international accords endorsed by the Republic of Turkey and the International Labor Organization (ILO) conventions. These commitments will be diligently executed within the ambit of national legal structures.

Management Systems Operational strategies will be meticulously devised, executed and perpetually refined in alignment with the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, the ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System, the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and the ISO 26000 Social Responsibility Framework.
